Service was a bit slow for me but I exchanged quite alot of money ($740wmz - moneybookers]. It took six days but I got all the money I was due.
Service is ok but support are a bit slow to answer questions and I find their english very hard to understand.
Well tokeniar77 you know what , exchange in six days is pretty fast for me, I mean for Buxar Exchangers.
My Order from e-gold to paypal takes minimum 10 days.
Between these 10 days I am never able to contact Buxar Exchangers.
Their reply ever comes after exchage operations has been completed.
I remember that day that when I was in need of money booker , I googled to exchange e-gold to money bookers.
Finally I found Buxar Exchange.
I checked their whois and I was amazed that their website was created on 2005.
I was amazed , that why Buxar Exchange in three years is not known to us?
Well I made the Money Bookers Exchange and I got the exchange operation within the same day.
I was pretty impressed by Buxar Exchnage.
I tried to buy paypal from Buxar Exchange it minimum takes 10 days and no support ,no answer to our emails is very usuall.
Yes , you will get the answer after the operation would be completed.
You know what Buxar Exchangers , you should improve these three aspects.
1) Service should be little fast , as I mentioned 10 days is too much and normally in market it takes maximum three day. The only reason that I have selected Buxar Exchange that currently they are selling paypal via e-gold.
2) Support, you should reply as fast as you can to our emails and etc etc. This way we will be satisfied that every thing is going fine.
When you dont reply fast , at our end we think that some thing is very bad which is causing you to not to answer.
3) Your system , two times I have got the same problem with paypal. My last two paypal operations are not visible currently.
1) I have paid 68.75 USD by e-gold , the batch is 90143758, the payment date is 12-6-2008. I have ordered to get 50$ paypal but my order is deleted or in some error is invisble. I don't know what is the problem.
2) I have paid 50.00 USD via e-gold , the batch is 3253836 and the payment date is 15-6-2008.
These both orders are deleted , please check these both.
This service error is not the first time I am facing.
It normally comes in the case of paypal.
I HOPE BUXAR EXCHANGE WILL WORK ON THE ABOVE.
