The WMZ has -371.50 available with 398.77 reserved.  I do not understand what a negative 371.5 means.  What does 398.77 reserved mean?  How do I get an amount reserved?  I have asked to be notified when $1000 WMZ is available but it does not show in either number.

For automatic exchange reservation not possible.
Reserve possible only when entering/conclusion
