Hello
My order:7326 didn't executed and it status is:paid.I put this order on 03/04/08 & today is 05/04/08.
order detail:
7326     E-Gold -> WMZ     950.00 E-Gold     855.00 WMZ    03/04/2008    Paid
I saw in FAQ:
How long does exchange take?

The exchange is made in few seconds.

During your exchange beside us was not it is enough facilities.
We do not understand as you have been able to pay order since theoretically you system this allow must not was In such event you to come to wait while us will have it is enough wmz for your exchange

I think your site allowed to 2 person to do same exchange(for example 2 exchange from e-gold to wmz) me and other person.you should to fix this problem.
how much it takes to do?

I think ur site has some problems i add this order:
7399     E-Gold -> WMZ     280.00 E-Gold     252.00 WMZ    08/04/2008    
and paid you 280$ e-gold but my order status is:canceled.
plz fix your site bugs and pay my order
